Structure financing for the project, including determining the optimal mix of ECAs, DFI and commercial financing, and identifying the most appropriate funding sources 

Structure procurement (including goods and services) through leveraging supply chain networks, and developing innovative solutions  for maximising the ECA financing 

Liaise with (ECAs) to secure financing for the project, including negotiating terms of financing and ensuring compliance with ECA guidelines. Guide clients on requirements of ECAs.

Guide and liaise with engineering consultants for preparation of feasibility studies, detailed project reports and environment and social impact assessment studies
